懐かしの半導体部品たちです。

かなり古いこともあり、ほとんど情報が無い部品が多くあります。

古い電子部品を紹介するサイトは年々数を減らしてきています。

少しでも情報が残ればと思い、いくつかの半導体部品を紹介します。

Here are some nostalgic semiconductor components.

Since they are quite old, there is very little information available on many of them.

The number of websites introducing old electronic components has been decreasing year by year.

In the hope of preserving at least some information, I’d like to introduce a few semiconductor components here.
